El hotel no nos pudo alojar, dado que, estaba cerrado por un evento, NO buscaron otro hotel para alojarnos ni recibimos ayuda, por nuestros propios medios tuvimos que buscar un nuevo hotel. El personal muy mal dispuesto a ayudarnos.

La ubicacion muy buna, cerca del metro, principales atracciones... super céntrico Para ir a dormir sirve...

La cama un desastre, super dura, incómoda. El desayuno es tipo buffet pero todos los dias es lo mismo, te aburres al otro dia y no te ganas de comer. Los baños super antiguos y sucios, no les dan una buena limpieza. Wifi no sirve en las habitaciones. No cojan los tours en el hotel son una estafa.

酒店地理位置好，门口就是王府井大街，离地铁站很近，交通方便酒店员工服务态度不错，我们房间设施坏了也马上帮我们处理，值得赞一个

房间内卫生情况较差，洗手间没有干湿分离，浴缸下水不通畅，酒店内无线网络信号很差，大部分时间都无法使用-
